Each 1 L contain 50% Phoxim Properties & Indications:

PHOXIM 50% EC is an organophosphorous ectoparasiticide with high acaricidal efficacy and low toxicity to ward blooded animals. PHOXIM %50 EC is used for the treatment of infestations of pests, lice, fleas, External parasiticide crawling and flying insects (Dermanyssus gallinae) sensitive to organophosphates in the rearing buildings and in the presence of birds. PHOXIM %50 EC is highly toxic to fish and aquatic invertebrates.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:

  • For meat and offal consumption: 28 days from the last use.
  • Eggs: 12 hours from the last treatment. Discard eggs laid on the same day of the treatment.
  • For milk consumption: Not permitted in animals producing milk for human consumption.
  • Antidote: Atropine sulphate. (Repeat after 30-15 minutes if necessary).

STORAGE:

Store ectoparasiticide in its original containers tightly closed. – Keep away from children, food and drinks. – Store in dry, well ventilated place at temperature below 30 °C and away from direct sunlight.

RATE OF USE:

Dosage: Treatment of sheep, cattle and pigs is carried out by bathing, washing and spraying.

WASHING AND SPRAYING:

  1. Lice, fleas, flies, mites, and fly larvae once with a solution of Phoxim per 10 liters of water.
  2. Scabies mites (Psoroptes, Sarcoptes, Chorioptes) twice with an interval of 7 days at the rate of 10 ml of Phoxim per 10 liters of water. In severe cases, the concentration of Phoxim is doubled 20 ml of Phoxim per 10 liters of water.
