COMPOSITION:
Each ml contains:
| Adenosine-5-monophosphate | 200 mg |
| Salbutamol | 2.5 mg |
| Vitamin B1 | 12 mcg |
| Excipients | 1 ml |
INDICATIONS:
Production of coronary vasodilation in anticipation of severe cardiac load in athletic animals or in treatment of myocardial oxygen deficit (as evidenced by performance linked ECG changes). Muscle cramp, ‘tying up’ prevention. salbutamol sulphate is indicated for the relief of severe bronchospasm associated with asthma or bronchitis.
PRESENTATION:
20 ml sterile glass multi-dose vial.
ADMINISTRATION AND DOSAGE:
Administer by intramuscular injection only. Give two injections: one 24 hours before and again four to six hours before strenuous exercise.
* Horses: 2.5ml/100 kg.
* Dogs: 0.5 ml/10 kg.
