INTRODUCTION: Cypermethrin is a non-systemic insecticide which works via a contact and stomach mode ofaction; but also exhibits an anti-feeding action. It is used in agriculture to give effective control of a wide range ofinsect pests. Fenitrothion is a broad spectrum agricultural insecticide with particular activity against Lepidoptera,Diptera, Orthoptera, Hemiptera and Coleoptera i.e. biting, sucking, and boring insect pests. It has a non-systemic,contact and stomach-acting mode of action; and its toxicity to insect pests is expressed via its inhibition ofcholinesterase enzymes.

USAGES: Sumthion 55 EC is used to control a wide range of insect pests includinglepidoptera, diptera, coleoptera, hemiptera, homoptera, etc; on soft fruits, vines, vegetables, potatoes, cucurbits,lettuce, peppers, tomatoes, cereals, rice, sugarcane, maize, soya beans, cotton, coffee, oilseed rape, beets, andornamentals. – Directions for Use: – Dilute the product with clean water; using 0.5-1.0 litres of SUMTHION 550 ECwith 200 litres of water. – Always prepare a fresh dilution every time required. – The product is suitable forapplication with all types of surface spraying equipment.
